£35,000 to £40,000 basic, plus up to £3,600 bonus, overtime and commission

Bored of domestic rounds, or stuck putting up basic netting with nowhere to go? This is specialist commercial proofing work on some of the best-known and most architecturally interesting buildings in London and the South East, with a business that will pay to put you through rope access training.
You'll join a small specialist team of five at a well-respected pest control company. Two of the team are already qualified abseilers, and the business wants to train more.

THE WORK
- Installing bird-proofing systems: netting, track, spikes, wire systems and solar panel protection
- Commercial and high-end residential sites across London
- Guano removal, decontamination and site clean-up to strict safety standards
- Working at height from ladders and MEWPs, progressing to rope access
- Delivering clean, precise installs as part of a tight team
WHAT YOU NEED
- Experience in bird proofing, pest control, or any installation trade working at height, such as rope access, scaffolding, cladding or roofing
- A good head for heights and happy working outdoors in all weather
- Full UK driving licence
- Sharp attention to detail and pride in a neat finish
- IPAF or equivilent
- PASMA or CSCS are an advantage
