We are recruiting on behalf of a premier, highly respected pest control specialist looking for a motivated, hands on Bird Proofing Technician to join their specialist team of five.
This is proper commercial proofing work. You will be outdoors, working on complex installations across some of the most famous and architecturally interesting buildings in London and the Southeast.

Top Market Pay: A strong £35,000 to £40,000 base salary, plus an annual performance bonus up to £3,600, plus lead commissions for spotting new site opportunities and ongoing overtime.

What You Will Be Doing

Advanced Proofing: Installing heavy duty, discrete bird proofing systems including netting, track, spikes, wire systems, and solar panel protection on major commercial and residential assets.

Environmental Hygiene: Executing guano removal, decontamination, and site remediation to strict safety standards.

Working at Height: Operating safely at height using ladders, MEWPs, and progressing into advanced rope access / abseiling work.

Site Ownership: Working alongside a tight knit, skilled team to deliver high spec installs right first time.
What We Are Looking For

The Essentials: A full UK driving licence and an absolute head for heights.
