Curtis Fox is partnering with a leading facilities management provider to find a skilled RSPH Level 2 qualified technician to look after a busy portfolio across North East and East London.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who knows the patch inside out and takes pride in delivering first class service to commercial and residential clients alike.
What the Role Involves

Managing day to day pest control inspections, treatments, and routine visits across NE and E London

Responding to reactive callouts efficiently and resolving pest issues on site

Identifying upsell opportunities, conducting basic surveys, and earning 5% commission on converted leads

Building strong working relationships with client site managers and residents

Travelling to other surrounding locations as and when business needs require
What We Are Looking For

RSPH Level 2 in Pest Management (essential standard)

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar pest control technician role

Location: Must be based within the North East or East London area

Full clean UK driving licence

Strong communication skills and a customer focused approach

Self motivated with strong problem solving abilities in the field
What Is On Offer

Base Salary: £35,428 per annum

Commission: Uncapped 5% commission on leads and surveys

Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (great work life balance)

Holiday: 20 days paid annual leave plus all Bank Holidays
