£34,000 to £35,000 basic, plus overtime and a company vehicle

You'll be working on residential contracts with local authorities and housing associations across London and the South East. That means a consistent flow of work, a recognised patch, and real relationships with the tenants and housing officers you see week in, week out. There's no cold selling and no chasing one-off jobs, just good, honest pest control done properly for people who need it.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Carrying out inspections and treatments in residential properties
- Building trusted relationships with residents, housing officers and contract partners
- Giving clear, practical advice to help residents prevent repeat problems
- Representing the business with professionalism and care in every home you visit
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- RSPH or BPCA Level 2 in Pest Management (essential)
- A full UK driving licence
- Strong communication skills and the patience to put anxious residents at ease
- A reliable, proactive approach to your workload
- Experience on local authority or housing association contracts would be a real advantage, but isn't essential
