You will work side by side with the business owner, build strong relationships across an impressive private and commercial client base, and put yourself directly on the path to a future leadership position as the team expands.
What You’ll Be Doing

Delivering high-quality pest management solutions across top-tier private residential homes, high-end commercial premises, and a very small proportion of social housing.

Acting as the main face of the business, consulting directly with clients, offering expert advice, and delivering stellar service.

Spotting extra service opportunities on site, upselling solutions, and directly boosting your income with a generous 7.5% commission on every extra sale.

Covering key territories across West London, North West London, South West London, and out towards Watford.
What We Are Looking For

Commercial & Communication Talent: You are articulate, presentable, and love building relationships. You see client interactions as opportunities to grow account value.

Industry Qualifications: Ideally RSPH or BPCA Level 2 in Pest Management. Candidates holding safe use of rodenticide with great hands-on experience will also be considered.

Ambition & Drive: You have cut your teeth in pest control and are hungry to step up, take ownership, and build a real career instead of just doing a job.

Full UK Driving Licence: Essential for getting around the patch.
Working Hours & Flexibility
We know standard hours do not suit everyone, so we offer flexible options:

Option A: Monday to Friday (45 hours per week)

Option B (Shorter daily hours): Alternate between Monday to Friday one week, and Monday to Saturday the next.
What’s on Offer?

Base salary of £31,000 – £33,000 per annum.

Uncapped 7.5% commission on all extra services sold.

All parking permits fully covered so you can operate hassle-free across London.
