£31,000 to £33,000 basic, plus 7.5% uncapped commission
Van, fuel card and all London parking permits paid
West, North West and South West London, out to Watford
This is a small, owner-led pest control business with a strong reputation and more work than the founder can handle alone. They need a technician to work alongside them now, and to run the team as it grows.

THE WORK
- Mostly private homes and commercial premises, with very little social housing
- Inspections, treatments and proofing, plus advising clients directly
- Recommending extra work where it's needed. You earn 7.5% of everything you sell, with no cap.
- Working alongside the owner, not reporting to a call centre
WHAT YOU GET

- A real route into management. As new contracts come in, you'll be first in line to lead the team, run key accounts and help with the expansion
HOURS: YOU CHOOSE
Option 1: Monday to Friday, 45 hours a week
Option 2: Shorter days, alternating Monday to Friday one week and Monday to Saturday the next
WHAT YOU NEED
- RSPH or BPCA Level 2 in Pest Management, or Safe Use of Rodenticides with solid hands on experience
- Full UK driving licence
- Confident and presentable with customers
- Ambition. This suits someone who wants to build something, not just clock in
