Early Finishes: Van technicians typically head out around 06:00 to beat the traffic, hit their first job by 07:00, and are often wrapped up and heading home by 15:00 once the day's work is done. Although you can start at 8 if you like!!

Real Earning Potential: On top of a competitive base salary, you will earn paid overtime (£25 per hour) and a generous commission for any leads or larger proofing jobs you quote for.

Van Perks: If you take the van route, it is yours for personal use too — just log your private mileage on your worksheet.
The Day-to-Day
You will be managing a manageable patch, typically tackling 5 to 8 jobs per day. The client base is a rock-solid mix of commercial and residential, with a heavy emphasis on commercial properties, managing agents, office blocks, and residential flat developments.

Carrying out routine inspections and treatments

Handling minor proofing and patching on-site

Identifying larger proofing opportunities, quoting the work, and banking the commission

Building great relationships with building managers and office contacts
What We Need From You
While experience is great, personality is king here. The team is built on a positive, friendly culture, so you need to be enthusiastic, easy to talk to, and great with customers.
The Essentials:

RSPH / BPCA Level 2 in Pest Management (or equivalent)

A full UK driving licence (if applying for the van-based role)

A positive, proactive attitude and great communication skills

Comfort working on commercial sites and dealing with managing agents
The Package

Base salary of £33,000–£35,000 (with flexibility for the right person)

Paid overtime (£25/hr) + lead generation commission

Company van (with personal use allowed) or travel card provided for foot patches
