They are looking for a reliable, skilled Pest Control Technician to manage a well-established route across Kent (covering DA, TN, BR, ME, and parts of CT).

What You’ll Be Doing
This is a true hands-on technician role split roughly 50% Domestic and 50% Commercial:

Contract Servicing: Servicing and maintaining established commercial clients across your region.

Domestic Call-Outs: Resolving pest issues for residential customers with a professional, customer-focused approach.

Proofing Work: Carrying out effective proofing jobs ranging from quick minor fixes to larger, major structural proofing.

Business Growth (Optional Bonus): While you are hired as a technician first and foremost, any new commercial contracts you bring to the business will net you an impressive 10% to 20% commission.
What We’re Looking For

Qualifications: You must hold an RSPH / BPCA Level 2 in Pest Management.

Experience: Proven field experience in both commercial and domestic pest control, including hands-on proofing ability.

Mindset: A trustworthy, hard-working, and adaptable professional who takes pride in high standards of hygiene and customer presentation.

Care: Someone who treats company equipment with respect and keeps their vehicle immaculate.

Licence: Full UK Driving Licence.
