You will start on a solid £28,000 basic salary while you learn the ropes and get qualified. Once you pass your Level 2 (which typically takes around six months), your basic salary bumps straight up to £32,000, opening up overtime and commission that pushes average earnings to £45,000, with top earners taking home over £67,000.
This is a role for someone who likes managing their own day, getting the job done properly, and keeping their evenings and weekends free. No on-call, ever.
