We are partnering with a highly successful, independent pest control specialist that has been trading for over 20 years. They are experiencing fantastic growth, with their expanding team recently hitting over 30 heads. Because of this success, they are looking for an enthusiastic Trainee Pest Control Technician to join their North London patch.

The Day-to-Day
You will be managing a local patch across North London, typically tackling 5 to 8 jobs per day once fully up to speed. The client base is a rock-solid mix of commercial and residential, with a heavy emphasis on commercial properties, managing agents, office blocks, and residential flat developments.

Carrying out routine inspections and treatments across your territory

Handling minor proofing and patching on-site

Identifying larger proofing opportunities, quoting the work, and banking the commission

Building great relationships with local building managers and business contacts
What We Need From You
While technical capability can be taught, personality is king here. The team is built on a positive, friendly culture, so you need to be enthusiastic, easy to talk to, and great with customers.
The Essentials:

Some previous experience in a pest control or facilities role

A full UK driving licence

A positive, proactive attitude and great communication skills

Comfort working on commercial sites and dealing with managing agents
The Package

Base Salary: £28,000 per year, rising to £32,000 on successful completion of your Level 2 qualification (approx. 6 months)

High OTE: Unlimited paid overtime (time and a half) + lead generation commission (up to 10%)
